We welcome your views about the community learning disability team in Rhondda Cynon Taf
During February we will be undertaking an assurance check of the community learning disability team alongside Healthcare 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Wales.
The purpose of the check is to review the local authority and health boards’ performance in exercising their respective social services and health duties and functions in line with legislation, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers.
If you live in Rhondda Cynon Taf we would appreciate if you could take the time to complete this survey, and tell us about your views about the care and support provided to adults with a learning disability and their parents/carers.
