We welcome your views about the Community Learning Disabilities Team in Carmarthenshire County Council and Hywel Dda University Health Board
During November 2025 17³Ô¹ÏÍø (17³Ô¹ÏÍø) and Healthcare 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Wales (HIW) will be undertaking an assurance check of the Community Learning Disabilities Team in Carmarthenshire County Council and Hywel Dda University Health Board.
The purpose of this assurance check is to review the local authority’s and local health board’s performance in exercising their respective Social Services and Health duties and functions in line with legislation, on behalf of Welsh Ministers.
